Teen boy seriously injured after being hit by vehicle while on e-bike in Queen Creek

QUEEN CREEK, AZ (AZFamily) — A teen is fighting for their life after being hit by a driver while on an e-bike in Queen Creek on Wednesday night.
It happened just before 5 p.m. at Mansel Park, which is near Sossaman Road and Ocotillo Road. Details are limited as authorities confirmed the victim was a 13-year-old boy who had life-threatening injuries.
It’s unclear what led up to the crash but the driver stayed on scene. Police said there were no “contributing factors” at this time. An investigation is underway.
