Apache Junction prepares for growth as development booms
APACHE JUNCTION, AZ (AZFamily) — If you’re looking for an affordable home, a lot of people are setting their eyes in the East Valley, where Apache Junction is booming with development.
The latest data shows that more than 41,000 people live there, which is a 7% increase since 2020.
The median home price in Apache Junction is $415,000, according to the Maricopa Association of Government’s June 2024 data. You can see all the latest developments under construction from this interactive map.
“It’s really exciting being able to see a project from the very beginning of development,” said Apache Junction GIS Administrator JC Kliner. “They’re making these decisions on what that project is going to look like, and they’re using our maps to make these decisions all the way to the end.”
